I ordered a custom burger. The food was terrible. The patty was burnt and clearly reheated, the bun was microwaved... a disaster, a complete disaster. There were no people in the place.
The food is tasty, but only if you can wait for it. The staff seems like they're working as a punishment – no smiles, no enthusiasm. Menu items are often out of stock. Unfortunately, it's a huge disappointment.
I'm disgusted by my visit to this place. I was passing through on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. There were no people in the place and only three people in the kitchen. From what I could tell, there was a young man delivering orders, and one woman preparing orders and also serving as a waitress. There was another young woman in the kitchen, sitting at the counter in the tracksuit she wore with the young driver and delivering orders (probably a companion). I wonder if she has a health and safety certificate? It turned out our order was being taken at the counter. As for the food, the pizzas were passable, but the pasta carbonara, which I love, was honestly the worst I've ever eaten.
My friend and I ordered food. Despite the lack of people, the wait was long. I had to carry glasses and drinks myself instead of the waitress. My friend waited up to 15 minutes for a beer. The food wasn't good. One dish was burnt, another was overly salty. The kitchen lady was even outraged that she had made a roulade without mushrooms when I ordered it with mushrooms. I don't recommend it. I understand if there were people there, but we were the only ones there at the time.
