The service is a plus. The owner is talkative, open, and customer-friendly. The kebab in pita is delicious, the beef is a powerhouse, but it's not vile or smelly. It's pleasant to eat, and the aroma isn't off-putting. The vegetables are always fresh; I've never encountered stale, bitter ones. A definite plus is that you can create any kebab you want from the menu (add something, subtract something). It definitely encourages experimentation.
The pita is super tasty, cheap, with good sauces and meat. The nuggets, breaded in their own batter, are also very good, and the fries are also great.
