When I travel, I prefer to try dishes I don't make or eat at home. I chose the Wiener Schnitzel. Wiener Schnitzel is thinly pounded veal, breaded like a pork chop, and fried in clarified butter. Only in less-than-stellar restaurants do they call pork chops with eggs that. I asked the waiter if it was really veal, and he confirmed it. I got stringy meat (stringy veal?!) fried in oil. The rest, including the baked potatoes and salads, were OK, and the service was okay. But I don't recommend their Wiener Schnitzel, because I don't think the chef has ever eaten it himself.
A pleasant restaurant, more focused on buffets, but you can also order a la carte. Overall, it's fresh and delicious, just like at Mom's.
Very delicious food. Friendly service. The restaurant is very cozy. Very tasty, rich breakfasts during your stay at the hotel.
