The bathroom radiator was constantly off, making it impossible to dry towels. Despite being notified, the staff did nothing about it. The radiator in the room was barely warm, and when this issue was brought to our attention, they turned it off completely. The bathroom door handle was broken, and there was no way to lock the door from being opened from the outside.
Such a potential location wasted by a terribly unpleasant, nasty owner who seems to be running this business as a form of punishment :) We had a wake, rented practically all the rooms, and when we reported that the shower cabin in one of them was broken, the answer was "then you can return the keys and the room" (and what should we do? Well, nothing, we went to a nearby competing hotel for sleep). When we asked if a double bed was available - yes, for an additional 50 PLN, a joke, no empathy. The wake was well-organized - the food was OK, the service was very nice, the owner will flood the place, the rooms are for workers, 5 beds in one small room, the smell is unpleasant, and there is no air conditioning.
We recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful venue, good food, and excellent event organization. The food was delicious, and according to guests, there was plenty of it. The service was efficient and impeccable. The great bartender served great drinks 🍹 The rustic table had a lovely atmosphere and delicious products 🥣🥗🍲 The owner, Agata, was GREAT 🎉🎊🔥We always felt we were in good hands 🫶 She's a personable, down-to-earth, energetic 💥 flexible, open, committed, and very helpful person. I organized a birthday party at Ostoja and it was wonderful. The hall was beautifully decorated, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the ladies came by to ask if everything was okay and quickly correct any minor issues. The food was plentiful and delicious. The pumpkin soup was fantastic. Contact with the owner was seamless. She always answers her phone, and you can drop by anytime to chat. The place is beautiful, the views are fantastic, and it has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
We had the pleasure of organizing our wedding in this hall and we couldn't have chosen better! 💍✨ A beautiful interior, refined details and a wonderful atmosphere made this day absolutely magical. The service was professional, smiling and always helpful - everything was taken care of down to the last detail. The food was delicious and very plentiful - the guests still remember both the main courses and the snacks.
