Only reviews of food ordered through Glovo twice: First order about 2-3 weeks ago: Russian pierogi (dumplings) - strange flavor - 2/5, cinnamon and apple pancakes - 5/5 Cheesecake - 5/5 Second order - ordered today: Tomato soup set - 2/5, very concentrated, again with cinnamon pancakes, and this time instead of 3 pancakes, there were 2, plus one with raisins, which weren't available before - 1/5 for a smaller portion and raisins. Second order - same tomato soup + chicken cutlet - 4/5, all good. Maybe I should work on the salads. Also, the pancake with powdered sugar - 4/5, because the order is vacuum-packed, there was no powdered sugar anymore, you could pack it separately. The pancake is good. And finally, the apple pie - 5/5. Overall, the cakes and meat were good, the rest was very average, so I gave it a 3.5 so as not to lower the opinion, which is already low, I will give it a 4 for these cakes that stole our hearts.

I don't recommend staying at this place unless you want to get scammed. They rent out dirty rooms, claiming the price reflects the quality. Since June, we haven't received the supposed compensation that was supposed to compensate us for the guests' dissatisfaction and surprise.

After visiting this establishment, I unfortunately have nothing positive to say. The service was unfriendly and unconcerned with the guests. The tables weren't cleaned. The staff didn't check on the tables outside, instead avoiding any contact. The menu isn't varied, and most dishes aren't available anyway. The menu also doesn't list any drinks. As a result, we had to leave the establishment.

Encouraged by the numerous reviews about the food, I decided to go here for dinner. Unfortunately, we had to leave. The ladies were so busy behind the bar, they didn't bother serving guests or clearing tables. They answered every question with a mocking and arrogant tone. I highly recommend a change of staff.

The way my family and I were treated was a joke. After 40 minutes, one of the three dishes we ordered was served, of course, without cutlery. I don't know if I was supposed to eat with my eyes... after some time, after an intervention, we were given cutlery for the pork chop, including a spoon. After a long wait, we asked where the rest of the order was. The answer was "we forgot." No apologies, nothing... total wait time: an hour. I strongly advise against it.
