A very interesting place. It was my first experience with goose, and I enjoyed it. I had the broth and roulades. The broth was good, sweeter than traditional, and the roulades tasted very similar to pork. So, good. I also picked up some pâté and sausage from the counter to try later. The pâté was a bit too salty, but it went great on a cucumber sandwich, and the sausage was very interesting—sweeter than any meat I've ever eaten. Overall, my conclusion is that the goose is unique and sweeter than other poultry. But good. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
I'm 100% satisfied here, even if they didn't have the goose burger I was hoping for. I chose the duck leg and I have to say, I've never eaten such good meat in my life. Perfect flavor, thin crust, the meat falls off the bone – deliciousness at its finest. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! You can eat here at very well-kept tables, or take it to go in perfect packaging. There's also a large selection of wines, beer, and other items available for purchase. Another highlight is the display case, which shows the food. Fast and friendly service. And very, very reasonable prices! Thank you for a wonderful experience ❤️
