A very nice, intimate place with good food at an affordable price. I recommend it.
Pork chop, potatoes, fried cabbage, and compote. Simply… yet all in a pleasant, festive atmosphere, offering a moment of respite from the daily grind. However, it's the taste that compels me to share my opinion about this place. The food, for me, is perfect; I haven't eaten such delicious food in a long time. 🙂
The place is crowded. The price of a two-course meal seems to be from a few years ago. The food is bain-marie, like a bistro, but well-seasoned and different every day. The place is clean, and the service is friendly and helpful. The prices are really low; it's worth visiting and ordering a meal.
I took food to go. Cons: instead of fries, they had mashed potatoes/paste, and the mushroom cutlet didn't have mushrooms but a lot of onion. The potato skins were still there.
I walked in and there were 50 people in line. No room inside or outside. Excellent value for money. Delicious and affordable meals. Generous portions. Everything was homemade, fragrant, and fresh. The cooks were constantly bringing warm meals from the kitchen. The staff worked like ants to keep customers waiting. The apple pancakes were delicious, and the pierogi were a full-sized portion. Be warned, some dishes are big enough to feed two. Geslerowa could be a role model for you. The only thing I would change about the place is to install a second barrier along the length so that customers who have picked up their meals can reach the tables inside without jostling. During peak hours, it's difficult to get through with trays full of dinner plates. And secondly, the line is getting to the tables. I recommend this place. My rating: 5 👍🏻
