Let me put it this way... sushi is good with... Why? Because of the rice, which has no flavor. In real sushi, a special seasoning is made of rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. The rice should be sweet with a slightly sour aftertaste. Then it's tasty and properly seasoned. The sushi would be perfect if the rice had that flavor, which is so important in real sushi, because here it was so bland. I like distinctive dishes. I love sushi and eat it very often. If the rice were seasoned, everything would be perfect.
