Tempted by the Gessler-style name amidst the plethora of ubiquitous kebabs, we gave in. The pork chop is good, but the kartacz is a complete disaster. If the filling itself is acceptable, the dough is thick with potato starch, hard, inedible. I don't know why people are raving about it, and the trimmings are made of bacon, not bacon. For the price, it's not worth it; the pork chop is better.
Very good food and lemonade. They also have dishes outside the regular menu. Friendly service. I recommend it.
A nice spot for a home-cooked meal. You can eat in or take out. The soups are delicious, and the cepelinai was tasty, but the meat inside was tough. It's worth stopping by and trying!
If you're looking for a place to eat a great pork chop, amazing pierogi, or heavenly kartacze, you should definitely choose this place. Traditional Polish cuisine is amazing after a long day on the boat, beach, or bike. I especially recommend it to foreigners looking for Polish flavors. Smiling staff, able to cope with even the most difficult situations (power outages), a cozy atmosphere, and about 500 meters from the main beach. Definitely visit, try, and fall in love with Polish food 😁
More family businesses like this. The whole family works together 😊 The soups are delicious. Tomato soup, cucumber soup – heavenly! We don't even eat them at home because no one wants to make such varied ones! I highly recommend it! The kartacz looked delicious, but I haven't tried it myself.
