Raw, undercooked potatoes for PLN 100 are not only disrespectful to the customer but also plain rude.
The food is good, but nothing special and a bit overrated.

Delicious food. The pork chop was one of the best I've ever had. The mashed potatoes were fresh, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The fried cabbage was also perfectly prepared, even though I'm not a huge fan of it. My wife had the pierogi – although I had the opportunity to try them and I don't think I've ever had better ones. Delicious filling, great roux, and a very good salad. Above all, the portions were really generous, and despite being a hotel, the prices weren't high. The cheesecake was also fantastic – typical, homemade flavor. The portion was also very large. The chef was excellent. But most of all, I want to praise Ms. Ola, who served us – she had a great approach to both the customer and the child. Her constant smile and kindness made a great impression – a very positive one, of course! It makes me want to go back, and we definitely will, but in the summer. I actually found this place quite by accident, as our base was Giżycko, and we were visiting Papugarnia in Wilkasy. But it was worth it.
