What happened to my wife and I at a wedding reception (December 22, 2025) at this "venue" is beyond belief. I've been working in the restaurant industry for 30 years, but what the owner (who later turned out to be her), the waitress, the emcee, and, during the wedding, as an extra "guest" all rolled into one, was doing was beyond all limits. This woman's behavior under the influence of alcohol was appalling. She groped, touched, and hugged each guest without the express consent of any of them. The cake arrived with great fanfare (with the pseudo-waitress screaming, "Where's the groom!!!!"!). I think the owner had been drinking since morning, because it got more interesting with each passing hour. She knocked over flowers on the table, bumped into tables, danced with guests, and meandered among the guests for no reason under the pretext of checking the order of the tables. There was so much more to list. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!! And as for the food itself, I'd send it to the sanitary inspector. Honestly, I've never encountered such utter garbage. It's a shame that someone like that runs a place in a building like the Ełk City Hall.
Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant during an event was very negative. Before the event, the owner assured us that all unserved food would be packed in containers, but after the event ended, this promise was not fulfilled. Furthermore, I felt that the owner's behavior during the event was inappropriate and unprofessional. She appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, which – as I understood – was intended for the guests. At times, her reactions to the attendees seemed nervous and rude, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. This is a shame, as we had hoped for professional service and a pleasant event. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
Unfortunately, the impressions after the wedding at this place are not positive (to put it mildly). The service lacked culture and any manners. I have never encountered such behavior, unsightly appearance, and intrusive, unwelcome presence at the table.
