It's with great sadness that I have to write this, but I was very disappointed. As always, I'd gladly traveled 40 km for this kebab because it was delicious and sterilely prepared. Today, it was a disaster. The lady who took my order coughed into her gloves and then, without changing them, packed my food. I immediately lost the desire to eat it.
Naprawdę dobra wołowina
Najlepsze miejsce w okolicy Biskupca. Wysokiej jakości mięso i ogromne porcje.
The kebab is awful. First, you eat a portion of dry, stale meat (I ordered beef and lamb), then a huge layer of cabbage remains. The size is either large or enormous. And then there's the lack of a restroom. Can you even run a restaurant without a restroom?
The kebab in a bun is the best in town, the beef and lamb are good, but not a powerhouse. The lavash proves to be a problem due to its apparent size. After the first bite, you can tell it's just lettuce, which creates a lot of empty space and becomes runny, which takes away from the enjoyment of eating. The sauces themselves are good. The kitchen is in chaos, probably due to the opening of the restaurant. Taking orders several hours in advance makes absolutely no sense, which was a prime example when I ordered chicken in lavash for an hour and a half, and then the owner called and said he could make beef and lamb for an additional half hour. The owner was a nice compensation in the form of lemonade, which is excellent.
